What is Speciesism? This is an ethical dilemma similar to the famous “trolley problem” featured in the television show The Good Place. Like other ethical thought experiments, it is designed to help us analyze the underpinnings of ethical ideas.

It is a prejudice or attitude of bias in favor of the interests of members of one's own species and against those of members of other species (Singer). Speciesism is the differing treatment or moral consideration of individuals based on their species membership.
